F15 BMW X5 on Massive 22in Black Forgestar F14 Wheels

We work on a lot of BMWs here at ModBargains’ install shop, ModAuto - but it’s not every day we get one of the bigger Bimmers into the shop - like the new F15 BMW X5. Sr Mod Expert Alan Wei helped out Travis, who owns this 2015 X5 35s M-Sport. Like any other car, a new set of wheels really freshens up the look of the X5, creating a much sexier look than the stock wheels - however, with a bigger car like an X5, you need some big rolling stock to suit it.

Sr Mod Expert Alan Wei set Travis up with a set of Gloss Black Forgestar F14 Concave Wheels for BMW X5, spec’d out in a 22x10.5 ET35 up front and a massive 22x12 ET29 in the rear, and wrapped in sticky Pirelli tires, these will give the X5 a great beefy looking stance. With the wheels mounted, even before the car got off the lift, the X5 looked way better on the Forgestar Wheels. The custom gloss black finish goes really well with the darker shade of gray on the X.

Once we got the car in the sun though, the change in appearance was quite noticeable.

The massive 22in wheels fill out the fender arches beautifully, for a low-slung aggressive stance more like that of an X5 M.

With black wheels, they’re always hard to photograph, but in just the right light, it’s easy to see why some people gotta have black.
