In this edition of THROWBACK THURSDAY we’re taking a look back at Alex Lawson’s super clean E92 335i - this car defines the clean black/white look. Let’s take a step back in time and enjoy this beauty all over again. 335i-ag-m359-1 Today’s automotive culture seems to be heading in two directions, simple and clean - or crazy and obscure. Alex Lawson has gone with the former, a simple and clean look for his BMW E92 335i, and boy, does it look good. IMG_5690 Alex has owned his E92 for some years now, and over time has modded it tastefully. He may not be offending anyone with his approach, but he sure is turning heads. IMG_5672 For wheels Alex has gone with the Avant Garde M359s in a Matte Black, contrasting well against the white finish of his Bimmer. IMG_5693 These Avant Garde M359 wheels for BMW provide a classic and aggressive look, as well as great quality and durability. IMG_5701 To stay true to the black on white theme, Alex has gone with the Carbon Fiber CPS Front Lip out front for some added style. Also, he has replaced his headlights with some OSS Design Headlights for some added light while cruising the city at night. IMG_5705 Out back Alex has continued with the clean look with the help of the aFe 335i Stainless Steel Catback Exhaust System. This system provides a power increase, as well as a serious tone that Euro owners love. IMG_5691 To achieve the ride height and ride quality he wanted, Alex chose the ST Coilovers for BMW. These coilovers are perfect for drivers out here on the west coast, as we don’t have to worry too much about snow or salt corroding our car parts. You can also see that he has added some E92 M3 Side Skirts to help add to the lines of his BMW. IMG_5714 Under the hood there is an aFe Stage 2 Intake Package, Active Autowerks Down Pipes, and a BMS Oil Catch Can. This car isn’t just for looks with these mods.
