When Steve Y was looking for a set of custom Forgestar wheels, he reached out to the Mod Experts at ModBargains. Steve’s Matte Blue finish BMW E92 328i is quite the unique vehicle, so it called for a set of wheels just as distinct.

The oil rubbed bronze offers a brilliant contrast against the car’s Frozen Blue matte finish, and makes the car ‘pop’ visually. Of course, this E92 Coupe is lowered as well, courtesy of a set of H&R Springs to drop the E92 Suspension.

Our Mod Experts spec’d the car out at a 19x8.5 fitment up front (since you can’t go super deep up front on a non-M E9X) with a super deep 19x10 fitment in the rear. We paired up the custom finished Forgestar wheels with a set of Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 tires to give the car the grip to match its aggressive appearance.

The H&Rs bring down the car just enough to eliminate the excess wheelgap while leaving enough clearance for the car’s static ride height to still be tall enough to get around Southern CA with all of its potholes and crumbling roads.
