Sedona Red Stunner: E82 BMW 128i gets VMR Wheels V810 Installed

When Tommy’s Sedona Red E82 BMW 128i rolled into the shop, it was immediately a head turner. While we’ve all seen Valencia Orange 1M’s plenty, we can’t say that we’ve seen that many Sedona Red 1-series on the street. This particular 1-Series already sports a 1M-Style Front bumper for 128i and 135i, giving it a much more aggressive aesthetic than stock. Tommy’s E82 was already a head turner, but needed the next piece to take it to the next level. Sr Mod Expert Elliott helped out, spec’ing out a set of VMR Wheels new line of flow form VMR V810 wheels to the 128i. The M-Sport rear bumper is dressed with a BMW M Performance Style Carbon Fiber Rear Diffuser, with an OEM BMW Performance Exhaust for 128i peeking out of the exhaust opening. The bright polished tips are much nicer looking than the stock trim level units and the BMW Performance Exhaust is considered to be one of the best exhaust systems amongst BMW enthusiasts. The sharp cutoff of the OEM BMW Performance Exhaust for E82 tips offers a nice contrast to the carbon fiber diffuser. Perched on the decklid is an OEM BMW Performance Carbon Fiber Trunk Spoiler for E82 1-Series, giving the carbon fiber rear diffuser another carbon styling element to tie into for a more ‘complete’ look. Now for the wheels themselves. For this set of VMR Wheels V810 for BMW E82, Sr Mod Expert Elliott recommended a fitment of 18x8.5 ET45 / 18x9.5 ET58, wrapped in Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2 Tires spec’d at 225/40-18 up front and 255/35-18 in the rear.   The mostly-finished car looks really good - and before you say it, yes, Tommy plans to lower the car very soon to truly complete the look of the car.
